I removed the old Ajax.dll and AjaxControlToolKit.dll and added the newer version of Ajax for 3.5 as given below, but still the same issue persists. Kindly help The type 'System.Web.UI.ScriptManager' exists in both 'c:\WINDOWS\assembly\GAC_MSIL\System.Web.Extensions\3.5.0.0__31bf3856ad364e35\System.Web.Extensions.dll' and 'c:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\Temporary ASP.NET Files\ctsweb\1bf527aa\ded9d50d\assembly\dl3\c6263eb8\9e0d1393_85d4ca01\System.Web.Extensions.DLL Hi Arghya,
