Ignify Customer Celluphone Honored at Convergence for Business Accomplishments in Microsoft Dynamics

Microsoft Convergence has come and gone, and there are so many great memories of things seen and done – but a particularly special highlight of the trip so far was seeing Ignify customer Celluphone receiving recognition for their business accomplishments, as well as for their significant contributions to the Microsoft Dynamics community, from the Microsoft Convergence team. Celluphone, winner of the 2012 Microsoft Dynamics Champion Customer Excellence Award, was honored for their win at a special reception for the select few who earned Customer Excellence Awards.

The 2012 Customer Excellence Awards, which are presented in 9 categories, recognize and celebrate Microsoft Dynamics customers that have achieved notable accomplishments using their Microsoft Dynamics solutions. After an intensive assessment process of each category’s nominees, a team of Microsoft executive judges then reviewed and selected from the proposed winners for each category the final winner. Each year the awards are given at the Convergence conference.

Celluphone’s use of Microsoft Dynamics AX in managing the company’s financial, warehousing, and logistics operations has powerfully impacted the company, enabling the organization to increase its business, automate previously manual processes, and ultimately provide unparalleled customer support to its retailers. With a fully integrated, highly flexible business management system and built-in multi-company support, Celluphone had increased efficiency in its warehouse operations by 50 percent, achieved total operational growth of nearly 40 percent, and improved customer and dealer service.

Working with Ignify – winner of the Worldwide Microsoft Dynamics Partner of the Year Award in 2011 – since Celluphone went live on Microsoft Dynamics AX in 2008, Celluphone has developed and presented numerous materials on the use of Microsoft Dynamics AX, including the return on investment (ROI) and intangible benefits that the system has delivered to them.

Ignify is especially proud of our customer’s award, and glad to have leveraged our company’s technical, design, and functional expertise to assist our customer in developing and achieving a winning ERP transition.
